Katherine Pont

After completing her honours degree in painting and drawing at the College of Fine Arts, Sydney, Katherine moved to London where she turned her sights to fashion, launching her womenswear label, Mine. The collections selling in boutiques across the globe, her designs drew a following from international chanteuses such as Natasha Khan of Bat for Lashes, She Keeps Bees, Alela Diane and Au Revoir Simone.
Katherine has designed for FILA, Hoxton Boutique's inhouse label Hobo, album covers for Oh Ruin, and branding and artwork for cupcake queen Lily Vanilli. Katherine also co-directs and designed the branding for 'Swanfield on Tour', and collaborates with menswear designer Dominic Stansfield.
On paper, her pencil drawings have a dreamy quality, exuding a romantic, playful and whimsical aesthetic. Her love of illustration and pattern shines through her collections, where her detailed illustrations become the inspiration for shapes, silhouettes and textile designs.
