Stéphane studied at the École Supérieure d’Arts Graphiques, and at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Decoratifs, in Paris.
Stéphane first draws his illustrations manually and later manipulates them on the computer. His illustrations are sometimes left partially sketchy and elegantly negligent, with a pastel quality to his colours, and an abstract scribllish strip somewhere.
Some of his clients include magazines such as The Face, Jalouse, Crash, Tokion, Black book, Flaunt, Citizen K, but also Nike, Puma, Le Coq Sportif, and Converse. He has created illustration for music sleeves records, such as Dimitri From Paris, Serge Gainsbourg, Sebastien Tellier and has also directed animated videos. His work has been exhibited in New York, Paris, Berlin , Tokyo, Amsterdam, Miami.
Stéphane now lives and works in Paris.
While designing this piece for F&F, Stéphane listened to "Nice and Sleazy" by The Stranglers.
